On this magazine front cover the colours are similar to the other NME front covers with more emphasis on the red. However the picture on this one is split to compliment the main story, the torn down the middle picture makes the front cover look scruffy; but the two pictures also give order to the front cover as they split it into two columns. Both the people in the pictures are in a similar pose which makes it seem like they are competing, which again compliments the main story. The magazine is clearly well known because they don't care that the masthead is covered slightly by the picture. The masthead is the only text that is not slanted or rough in some way, this makes it stand out as order in chaos. The magazines audience is the teenager; due to the bright colours and the bands listed on the front cover.
